What will you need?
The original purchase invoice and the original packaging of the product are required for exchanges. We refund the money in the same way as the original payment method.
Za Home Reserves the right to refuse exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
– In case of change of opinion:
You have 24 hours after submitting your purchase order to cancel the order or make any changes in style, color, or dimensions. By communicating with us via social media platforms or email.
- Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1- The product is not stored well.
2- Wrong installation by the customer.
3- Product misuse.
4- Damage caused due to the wrong cleaning of products.
5- Any damage resulting from wear and tear such as damage resulting from excess wrong use of pets, children, etc.

- More things to know:
- Our products -except outdoor products- are meant for home use and accordingly any damage resulting from wrong storage is not covered by the warranty.
- Our outdoor products can be safely stored outside, but without direct exposure to sunlight. Accordingly, any damage resulting from wrong storage is not covered by the warranty.
