Information about Za Home online shopping and our products By using the Website (even if you do not purchase any products) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We provide dimensions and measurements with product descriptions, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each product fits your purpose.

* Eligibility to order products: - Unless you are 18 years of age or older, you cannot purchase from Za Home. - Delivery address must be in Egypt. Please provide an active email address and mobile phone number where you can easily be contacted.
Although we sell baby products, they should only be purchased by adults. All products sold through Za Home Online Shopping are for personal use only; products are not authorized for commercial or industrial use unless expressly stated.
* Product Order: Your order represents an offer to purchase products from Za Home. When you order more than one product, your order represents a set of offers for each product separately.
- In the event of a change of opinion, items on request are not eligible for a return unless it has a manufacturing fault.
- The purchase order declaration contains the data of the products you ordered, the total cost of the order including delivery and assembly, and the order number.
Although we endeavor to provide all ordered products, we reserve the right, at our discretion, without having to give any reasons, not to accept any purchase order at any time (before the order is delivered to you). If we reject your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.
* Payment: You can pay for your online orders by cash on delivery.
* Prices: All prices shown on the Za Homee online shopping page are Za Homee prices unless otherwise stated. Prices shown do not include delivery or collection fees. Delivery and assembly fees will be added to the total price of your order in accordance with the following paragraph.
The price you pay for the Products is the price provided by Za Homee Online Shopping at the time you place your purchase order; Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. There are no price changes after you place your order.
In most cases, the delivery fees you pay for your order will be those provided by Za Homee Online Shopping at the time you place your order. Delivery charges will be calculated depending on your residence, dimensions, weight, size, nature, and value of your products.
Product Availability: Although we try to ensure that the inventory of products on Za Homee online shopping is accurate and compatible with the actual inventory in our warehouses, this may not prevent errors from occurring. If we discover any stock error in the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
You Have to know:

-Due to the global situation, instability of raw material prices, and high demand, shipping time may take up to a maximum of 30 business days depending on product size and availability, rest assured that we are working as quickly as possible to fulfill your order.

Za Home provides installation for all products except for the following self-installation products:
